In this opening lesson, we introduce the four foundational virtues that every trustworthy leader must build: 1. **Integrity** — the alignment of what you believe, what you say, and what you do. 2. **Humility** — a truthful estimate of yourself that neither inflates nor diminishes. 3. **Courage** — the will to do what is right when it is costly. 4. **Stewardship** — the conviction that leadership is a trust, not a trophy. > "A leader's character is the ceiling of their impact."
