Archbishop Dr. Segunlebi Augustine Shalom

Archbishop Dr. Segunlebi Augustine Shalom is a distinguished Christian leader, leadership development strategist, educator, author, organizational consultant, and international conference speaker with more than three decades of experience in ministry, executive leadership, higher education, and human capacity development.

He is passionate about raising transformational leaders who influence churches, organizations, communities, and nations through integrity, innovation, competence, and Christ-centered values.

As Founder and President of World Restoration Army Ministries, established in 2007, he provides visionary leadership focused on biblical teaching, discipleship, leadership development, missions, and community transformation.

He serves as the First Rector of the LeadershipWorld, Lagos, Nigeria, where he leads the development of a world-class institution dedicated to raising ethical, innovative, and transformational leaders.

He also serves as Provost of Leadership Development University and previously served as African Archbishop of Rapha Faith College of Bishops (2014–2026).
