As the Head of Administration (ADM) & Records at the LeadershipWorld, she provides strategic administrative leadership, oversees institutional records management, supports academic operations, and promotes excellence in governance and organizational effectiveness. Her commitment to professionalism, integrity, and operational excellence contributes significantly to the Institute's mission of raising ethical and transformational leaders.

She also serves as the Minister-in-Charge of Emerging New Me Ministries and is the Visionary Leader of Women in Grace, an international women's movement committed to developing women of purpose, influence, and godly leadership. In addition, she is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Kings Judyth Perfume Brand, reflecting her passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and excellence.

Dr. (Mrs.) Becky I. Sheriff is a distinguished pastor, educationist, author, mentor, counselor, life coach, public speaker, and cybersecurity expert. She is passionate about developing leaders, empowering individuals, advancing digital literacy, and equipping people with practical knowledge for personal, professional, and Kingdom impact.

She brings together extensive experience in ministry, education, leadership development, digital technology, and cybersecurity, making her a valuable contributor to the LeadershipWorld's mission of raising ethical, innovative, and transformational leaders.
